Are you passionate about supporting young adults to develop essential life and employability skills?
We are working with a specialist Post-16 SEND school in Enfield that supports students aged 16–25 with a range of needs, including ASC, ADHD, learning difficulties, and speech, language, and communication challenges. The school is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic professional to support a 2-day holding programme focused on employability, life skills, and confidence building. This programme provides structured support for students who are not yet ready to start work placements or are in between placements.
The focus will be on:

Employability skills and workplace etiquette

Life skills and confidence building
-
Communication and teamwork
-
Preparing young people for independence and future opportunities
This is a less formal, skills-based programme that provides real value to our students, helping them grow in confidence and gain practical tools for life and employment.
