Position: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £22,000 - £34,000 (Unqualified) and £28,840 - £39,974 (Qualified)

We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated English Teacher to join our supportive team at a specialist school in West Sussex.
Our school is a nurturing and dynamic environment that provides tailored education for pupils aged 5-19 with ASC, ADHD, and SEMH. They are dedicated to meeting the academic, behavioural, therapeutic, and vocational needs of their students and supporting their students to aim high and succeed for themselves.
We have a close relationship with the SLT at this school and are looking to organise interviews ASAP.

About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience or a strong interest in working with pupils with autism, SEMH, ADHD and complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, flexible, and resilient approach
- Commitment to providing inclusive, engaging, and high-quality learning
