The Role

• Lead and deliver engaging, accessible, and inspiring English curriculum pathways

• Shape literacy strategy across the school and support colleagues with specialist approaches

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to adapt learning for students with unique communication and sensory profiles

• Contribute to a nurturing, structured environment where students feel safe, understood, and empowered

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS

• Passionate about inclusive education and adaptable teaching

• Experience with Autism, SEND, or alternative provisions is highly beneficial

• Confident leading curriculum development (for Lead applicants) or eager to grow into a leadership role
