Not every classroom has four walls, not every teacher stands at a whiteboard.
Some teach strategy through gameplay, resilience through competition, and confidence through connection.
We’re looking for an Esports Teacher who understands that for many young people, gaming isn’t an escape, it’s where they feel capable, focused, and understood. This is your chance to meet students where they are and guide them toward where they could be.
You’ll lead and develop an engaging esports programme that goes far beyond playing games. You’ll teach students how to think critically, communicate effectively, and work as a team all through a medium they genuinely care about.
Your impact will be felt when:
- A student who struggled in traditional lessons suddenly thrives
- Competitive energy is channelled into discipline and teamwork
- Young people discover skills they didn’t know they had
What You’ll Bring To The Role
This role is about more than gaming ability, it’s about mentorship.
- A strong understanding of esports culture and competitive gaming
- The ability to inspire, guide, and connect with young people
- Creativity in turning gameplay into meaningful learning
- Patience and emotional intelligence, especially with students who need extra support
Teaching experience is valuable, but your ability to build trust and spark engagement is what truly matters.
If you believe education should evolve, if you see potential where others see distraction, and if you want a role that blends passion with purpose, this is your moment.
Because sometimes, the most powerful learning happens when we stop trying to fit students into a system and start building a system around them.
