We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming setting in Havering. About the role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will be an important part of the children's day. You will work alongside the teaching team to create engaging learning opportunities, encourage children to develop their independence and support them as they discover the world around them.
Every day will bring something different. From supporting children through their early learning experiences to encouraging their communication, creativity and social development, you will have the opportunity to make a genuine difference.
You will build positive relationships with children, understand their individual needs and help create an environment where they feel confident to express themselves and have a go at new things.
You will also work closely with colleagues to support learning, observations and assessment in line with the EYFS framework.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has qualified EYFS experience and a genuine passion for working with young children.
You will be caring, patient and enthusiastic, with the ability to build strong relationships with children and colleagues. You will understand that every child is different and will be committed to helping each child reach their potential.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who brings energy, warmth and enthusiasm into the classroom and who takes pride in making a positive difference to children's lives.
