£95 - £100 per day PAYE - Term-Time only
Are you an Early Years Teaching Assistant who loves helping young children learn, grow and build confidence?
We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Brentwood that is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September.
About the Role
You’ll be working alongside the class teacher to support children throughout the school day, helping them to:

Get involved in activities and develop their independence
-
Build their communication and social skills
-
Develop their early learning and confidence
-
Settle into the classroom and feel comfortable in their environment

Access additional support where needed
You’ll also help with observations and assessments in line with the EYFS framework.
Most importantly, the school is looking for someone who can build strong, positive relationships with the children and provide a calm and consistent presence in the classroom.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience working with Early Years children
-
Has a good understanding of the EYFS
-
Is patient, caring and approachable
-
Builds positive relationships with children easily
-
Is reliable and works well as part of a team
-
Is confident getting stuck in and supporting wherever needed
You don’t need to have years of experience. If you’re passionate about working with young children, have the right attitude and genuinely want to help them learn and develop, we’d love to hear from you.
