About the SEND school
The school is a multisite special school. They cater for children of all ages who have autism. The children’s needs and abilities really can vary in complexities therefore there will likely be a class to suit every teacher! The exceptional leadership team are passionate about the outcomes for their young people. The school recognises the importance of staff wellbeing and therefore individualised CPD is on offer for all staff.
The Primary SEN /ASC Teacher role
There are 7 pupils in the class and 3 TAs. All the pupils are autistic and are at early stages of development. Most are pre-verbal.
The school need a creative, energetic and empathetic teacher. They offer an excellent teacher induction programme and ongoing CPD.
The teacher roles is suited to experienced good early years / primary teachers. An interest in SEND is essential but previous experience in a special school is not. Desirable but not essential.

- Have QTS/QTLS
- Be passionate about teaching children and young people with SEN
- Be a brilliant teacher (mainstream teachers are welcome, the school are proven trainers!!)
