What You'll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on, student-facing role — you'll be a consistent presence in a child’s school experience.

Providing one-to-one and small group support with both learning and wellbeing

Helping deliver imaginative, accessible lessons that meet a range of needs

Building trusted relationships through patience, encouragement, and routine

Supporting students’ emotional regulation, independence, and communication
