Parker Smith Inclusion is looking for Graduate SEN LSAs to join supportive primary schools from September.
This is a great opportunity if you’re a recent graduate considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, counselling, social work or another SEND-related career and want to gain genuine hands-on experience before taking your next step.
About the Role
As a Graduate SEN LSA, you’ll work alongside teachers and the wider school team to support pupils with a range of SEND needs.
Your role could include:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support
-
Helping pupils access learning and classroom activities
-
Supporting children with ASC, ADHD, speech and language needs and other additional needs

Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and communication
-
Supporting social, emotional and behavioural development
-
Delivering interventions and personalised support
-
Building positive relationships with pupils and helping them feel confident in school
No two days will be the same, and you’ll gain valuable experience of what it’s really like to work with children with SEND.
About You
You don’t need previous school experience. We’re looking for graduates with the right attitude, personality and genuine interest in SEND.
Your degree could be in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, Sociology, Criminology, Sports Science or something completely different.
You’ll need to be:
