Are you a recent graduate looking to start a career in education supporting students with special needs? If so, we are working with an ‘Outstanding’ primary school based in Ealing who are looking to appoint Graduate Teaching Assistants to start immediately.
About the school:
- Based in West Ealing, Ealing with great transport links and parking on site
- Mixed community primary school for ages 3–11 with a diverse, inclusive environment.
- Rated Outstanding by Ofsted in the most recent inspection.
- Strong SEND and inclusion approach with tailored support across the curriculum.
- Leadership team focused on high expectations, wellbeing and broad pupil development.
- Positive ethos emphasising respect, confidence and collaborative learning.
The ideal candidate:
- Professional or personal experience with SEND
- Confident providing 1:1 and small-group support
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to commit to a long-term role
- DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
- Right to Work in the UK
