About the school:

A specialist community school in Ealing providing a nurturing and highly supportive environment for pupils aged 2 to 11 years old. The school focuses on delivering personalised education for children with special needs, particularly those with severe, profound and complex learning difficulties, including autism. With a strong emphasis on individual development, the school combines tailored learning with therapeutic and multi-professional support, helping pupils build communication, social skills, and confidence within a safe and inclusive setting.

About the role:

You will be required to work with students across the primary phase from Early Years up to KS2. You will provide dedicated 1:1 support in small, focused classes to students with Autism and additional needs. Focusing on play based learning, you will be working collaboratively with your peers to help students grow and build confidence while promoting independence.

You will be a Graduate who is looking to kickstart and build their career in a specialist setting. Here, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside experienced Senior Leaders and staff to gain a further understanding of how to support students with special needs effectively across the primary phase. With consistent training provided throughout the academic year, you will gain both practical and theoretical experience.
