Are you a recent graduate with a degree in English, Maths, or Science and considering a future career in education?
A large, thriving, and diverse secondary school with a warm, family-oriented atmosphere is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join its team from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to gain valuable school-based experience before pursuing teacher training or careers in education. You will support students across the curriculum, helping to raise attainment, build confidence, and encourage engagement in learning.
The school welcomes applications from graduates who are passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact on their educational journey. Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or English as an Additional Language (EAL) is desirable, whether gained through previous school-based roles, work placements, tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, or other relevant experiences.
With a diverse student population and a strong commitment to inclusion, the school provides an excellent environment in which to develop your skills and understanding of education. You will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff, gaining first-hand experience of classroom practice and student support strategies.
