Your role:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group learning support
- Assist with personal care and promote independence
- Support hydrotherapy sessions and sensory development
- Encourage communication, engagement, and social interaction
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families
About you:
- Graduate (Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care preferred)
- Genuine passion for supporting young people with SEN
- Patient, resilient, proactive, and open to training
- SEN experience is helpful but not essential
