Per Day: £110 - £140 PAYE

This school is a purpose-built school based around young people with autism, ADHD and SEMH needs. They offer full time education while focusing on social communication, emotional regulation and relationship-building. From the moment you step into this school, you will feel the nurturing environment created by both the staff and students.
Throughout this role as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will be supporting some of their most complex learners while working with teachers and other staff to ensure lessons cater to each pupil’s individual needs. To go along side this, the teacher will ask you to record progress and achievements in lessons while providing evidence and accurate feedback.
