About the role:

In this role, you will support children with Autism and severe learning difficulties, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning activities and help every pupil reach their full potential. Who this role will suit:

If you have HLTA status (or an equivalent Level 4 qualification) and experience supporting children or young people with ASC and/or severe learning difficulties. You will be confident delivering learning activities under the guidance of a teacher, have a good understanding of SEN strategies, and enjoy working in a calm, caring, and collaborative environment. Experience with Team Teach, PECS, Makaton, AAC, or specialist safeguarding practices would be beneficial but is not essential.
