Pay: £100 – £130 per day, depending on experience (paid via PAYE)
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)
Parker Smith Inclusion are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly supportive and inclusive school in Epping, who are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team.
This is a long-term, temp-to-perm role, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a setting that values nurture, inclusion, and pupil engagement. The role is full-time, working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, during term time only.

This is a vibrant and inclusive school that supports pupils across the Primary phase, many of whom have additional needs such as Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds HLTA status or has substantial experience delivering learning in a classroom setting

Confident working independently with individuals, small groups, and occasionally leading full class activities

Has experience supporting pupils with SEMH or additional needs

Calm, consistent, and passionate about creating a positive learning environment

Able to bring subject strengths or personal interests into the role, such as sport, art, or music
