Our SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) primary school in the beautiful Chigwell countryside is looking for a caring, energetic, and committed HLTA to join our team. Your Role Will Include:

Supporting the delivery of creative, personalised lessons.

Leading small groups and one-to-one sessions with patience and enthusiasm.

Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils to help them feel safe and confident.

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff for a holistic approach to learning.

Embracing outdoor and animal-based activities as part of everyday learning.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience working with children with SEMH needs (essential).

Holds an HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.

Brings patience, positivity, and a great sense of humour.

Is confident leading groups and delivering lessons when needed.

Enjoys the outdoors and doesn’t mind swapping shoes for wellies.
