Location: Beautiful countryside setting in Chigwell – complete with friendly farm animals and outdoor classrooms
Pay: £110–£140 per day (depending on experience)
Position: Full-time, temp-to-perm

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of creative, engaging and personalised lessons, both indoors and outdoors
  • Leading small group work and one-to-one sessions with patience and encouragement
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils so they feel safe, understood and confident
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to provide a holistic approach
  • Embracing outdoor learning, from forest school to farm-based activities, as part of daily life

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience supporting children with SEMH needs (essential)
  • Hold an HLTA qualification or have equivalent experience
  • Are warm, patient and positive, with a good sense of humour
  • Feel confident leading groups and stepping in to deliver lessons when needed
  • Enjoy being outdoors and don’t mind swapping the classroom for wellies and fresh country air
