A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Barking & Dagenham is seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their team in September. This full-time, long-term opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on providing targeted support and building strong relationships with pupils who need a little extra help to succeed.
What to expect in the role:

Leading small-group SEN interventions tailored to pupil needs

Occasional whole-class cover (with planning already provided)

No PPA requirements – just a chance to focus on impactful, hands-on support
