Your Role:
Support the delivery of engaging, tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of our pupils.
Lead small group sessions and one-to-one interventions with creativity and care.
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, helping them feel safe, understood, and empowered.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to create a holistic approach to learning.
Embrace the unique setting – get involved in outdoor activities and animal-based learning.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs (essential).
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
A calm, patient, and positive approach – with a great sense of humour!
Confidence in leading groups and delivering lessons when needed.
A love for animals and the outdoors – wellies might become your new best friend!
