We are working in partnership with a range of primary and secondary schools to recruit Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) for a September start. Opportunities are available across mainstream and SEND settings.
This role is ideal for schools seeking experienced, confident support staff who can deliver high-quality classroom support and confidently lead learning when required.
The Role
HLTAs placed through us typically:

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Provide targeted small-group and 1:1 interventions

Support pupils’ academic progress and engagement

Assist with planning, assessment, and classroom organisation

Work collaboratively with teaching staff and wider school teams

Promote positive behaviour and inclusive learning environments
The HLTAs We Recruit
We work with HLTAs who:

Hold HLTA status or have equivalent experience

Have experience working across primary or secondary settings

Are confident managing a classroom and supporting learning independently

Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills

Are committed to safeguarding and inclusive education
