HLTA – Primary School
Location: Kingsbury, North West London
Pay: £115–£120 per day PAYE (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only

A lovely primary school in Kingsbury is looking for a confident HLTA to support across the school, covering lessons and delivering targeted interventions for pupils with SEN.
This is a varied role where you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO, supporting both whole-class learning and small group interventions. The school has a strong focus on inclusion, early intervention and providing the right support for every child to succeed.
The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2 in the absence of the teacher
- Lead small group and 1:1 interventions for pupils with SEN
- Support pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD and speech and language needs
- Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to support EHCP targets
- Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of different learners
- Help maintain a positive, structured and engaging classroom environment
