£68,000 - £75,000 per annum

Working as an Inclusion Leader you are required to provide strategic direction and be an advocate for inclusive practice across the school as a whole. Within this MS Primary role you will be ensuring that all pupils, particularly the most vulnerable are receiving a high quality of education that meets each of their individual needs. You will be working closely with senior leadership time to collaborate over ideas to secure the best outcomes for every child.
This Primary school in Plaistow are happy to support any child and are open to working with children that perhaps have been excluded and not accepted to other schools within the borough as they believe that each child should be able to access education, no matter what that looks like to them.
If you have experience as an Inclusion Lead or are an experienced SEN / ARP Teacher that has taken on leadership duties and now want to take the next step into your career I want to hear from you.

- Proven strategic SEN planning across the school or ARP
- Demonstrates ability to devise, and create an effective curriculum with energy and enthusiasm
- Motivated with the desire to motivate others
