Are you a SEMH teacher or perhaps a mainstream primary teacher who believes strong relationships are the key to successful learning?
We are working with an ambitious and growing SEND Trust to recruit a Nurture Teacher for one of their Richmond schools. The Trust supports pupils with SEMH, Autism (ASC), and associated behavioural needs across a number of specialist provisions and has exciting plans for continued growth.
What sets this Trust apart is its commitment to its staff. Wellbeing, professional development, and career progression are genuinely prioritised, with a strong focus on nurturing talent and creating opportunities for staff to develop as the organisation expands.
The SEMH school supports pupils who have experienced significant barriers to learning, including trauma and adverse childhood experiences. Through a therapeutic and relationship-based approach, staff help young people rebuild confidence, develop emotional regulation, and achieve meaningful success.
