We’re proud to be working alongside a progressive SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Lambeth, seeking a compassionate and resilient Learning Advisor to join their team in September 2025.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils with SEMH and SEND needs both inside and outside the classroom

Assist in delivering personalised learning plans tailored to individual needs

Build trusted, supportive relationships with students to encourage engagement and growth

Promote positive behaviour and help students develop emotional regulation skills

Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
👀 What We’re Looking For:

Experience in SEMH or SEND settings is highly valued
-
Personal experience with SEND (through family, volunteering, etc.) will also be considered

A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to behaviour and learning

Strong resilience and confidence in managing challenging situations

A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people
