Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Salary: £95 - £105 Per Day PAYE
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Parker Smith Inclusion are working with a specialist provision with a focus on ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) within the Chelmsford area. They are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join and expand their team.
Within this role, you will:
- Interact with and support pupils according to their individual needs while maintaining positive relationships
- Assist teachers and other supporting staff with planned activities and implementation of pupil’s individual plans
- Supervise pupils throughout the school day and on educational visits
