We are currently working on behalf of a welcoming primary school in the Camden area to recruit a Learning Support Assistant for an immediate start. This is a split role, supporting pupils in Year 3 during the mornings and Year 4 in the afternoons.
This opportunity is ideal for an adaptable and proactive LSA who enjoys working across different age groups and can provide consistent, high-quality support throughout the school day.
The Role
The successful candidate will:

Provide in-class and targeted support to pupils in Year 3 (AM) and Year 4 (PM)

Support pupils’ academic progress, engagement, and confidence

Work closely with class teachers and wider support staff

Assist with differentiated learning activities

Promote positive behaviour and inclusive classroom practice

Help create a calm, supportive, and structured learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a primary setting

Is confident supporting pupils across KS2

Is flexible, reliable, and able to adapt between classes

Demonstrates a calm and patient approach

Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive education
