Parker Smith Inclusion are working with schools in Basildon looking for enthusiastic and reliable Learning Support Assistants to join their teams.
About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work alongside teachers to support pupils both in and outside of the classroom.
This could include:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support

Helping pupils access and engage with lessons

Supporting learning, communication and social development

Encouraging confidence and independence
-
Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation

Helping with classroom activities and routines
-
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
Every day can be different, so being flexible, patient and willing to get involved is important.
About You
Previous experience in a school or SEND setting is beneficial, but not essential.
You could have experience as a:
