About the Role

Has experience supporting children with SEN, especially Autism (ASC) – or personal insight and a deep understanding of neurodiversity.
-
Understands that behaviour is communication and responds with empathy, patience and consistency.
-
Brings a positive, proactive approach and the ability to inspire trust and motivation in young learners.

Is firm but fair, able to set boundaries calmly while maintaining warmth and encouragement.
-
Takes pride in being part of a nurturing, collaborative school team.

A welcoming, supportive school environment where staff well-being matters.
-
Ongoing CPD opportunities to develop your SEN expertise and career.
-
The chance for a temp-to-perm transition for the right candidate.
-
A competitive £90 per day (PAYE) rate.
-
Consistent, family-friendly hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm (term-time only).
