The Role

Provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support for students with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH

Promote engagement, emotional regulation, and positive learning behaviours

Use trauma-informed and attachment-aware approaches

Maintain a calm, supportive presence during moments of challenge

Work collaboratively with teachers, therapy teams, and pastoral staff
