- An on-site swimming pool, with weekly swimming lessons for all pupils

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support primary-aged pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Work 1:1 and in small groups
- Build strong, positive, and trusting relationships with students
- Help children engage with learning and develop confidence
- Be part of a highly supportive and collaborative staff team
Who We’re Looking For
This role would suit someone who is:
- Outgoing, patient, and resilient
- Passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives
- Experienced in a primary or SEMH setting (preferred)
- Fully committed to supporting students consistently and positively
