Learning Support Assistant – Ealing
£90 to £100 per day PAYE
Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM

Are you looking to be part of a well established and inclusive team in a large secondary school playing a pivotal role in the development of students with additional needs. We are working alongside a mainstream secondary school based in Greenford, Ealing who are looking to appoint Learning Support Assistants to work in their inclusion team supporting students with Autism and/or ADHD on a 1:1 basis across mainstream classes.
This will be a full-time, long-term position starting immediately with the opportunity to go permanent upon review. The daily rate will be between £90 to £100 depending on your experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career further in a secondary setting.
The role:
- Provide tailored 1:1 support that reflects each students individual learning and communication needs
- Implement visual aids and consistent routines to encourage engagement and maintain focus
- Be confident in promoting positive behaviour strategies
- Work alongside teachers, therapists and the wider SEN team to support students’ overall development
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive and encouraging classroom environment
The ideal candidate:
- Professional or personal experience supporting children or young people with special needs of secondary age
- A genuine interest in developing a career in special needs
- Calm, patient and positive with a proactive attitude towards supporting learning
- Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM
- Dependable and committed to a long-term role where consistency and stability are important
