Learning Support Assistant
Salary: £95 - £105 Per Day PAYE
Location: Witham, Essex
Parker Smith Inclusion are partnering with a purpose built SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) school within the Witham area. They are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant who are keen to develop their career and train as an ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) tutor.
Within this role, you will receive hands-on coaching alongside continuous guidance from experienced ABA tutors, allowing you to develop and learn ABA techniques. From this, you will provide 1:1 and small group support to a range of additional needs such as ASC. These sessions may include both physical activities, such as swimming or physical play, and classroom-based activities.
Whether you already have experience supporting young people or are genuinely eager to learn. This long-term position rewards you with making a difference to these pupils’ education journey while providing you with training, on-going support and career development opportunities
