About the school:
A specialist all-through school in Ealing providing a highly supportive and inclusive environment for pupils aged 4 to 19 years old. The school offers personalised education for young people with SEND, particularly those with moderate to severe learning difficulties, alongside a range of additional needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).
With a strong emphasis on holistic development, the school combines tailored learning pathways with therapeutic and pastoral support, enabling pupils to build confidence, independence, and key life skills in preparation for adulthood.

You will be responsible for supporting students across post-16 classes, helping them to prepare for life after education. Besides assisting with their academic needs focusing on entry level qualifications, you will be given the opportunity to support them outside of the school setting with an emphasis on working in the community.
