Are you a proactive and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking for the next step in your career?
Parker Smith Inclusion is currently working with a specialist school in the Witham area who are looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to join their welcoming team.
This school works collaboratively with other specialist schools to share their expertise in curriculums and SEND to help create opportunities for their young people while also continuously supporting their staff by providing high-quality professional development and opportunities to learn.
Within this role, you will be working with and supporting pupils and young people with a wide range of SEND needs, including those who have experienced trauma. Through supporting these pupils, you will help them develop necessary social and life skills needed to be successful in future transitions.
As a Learning Support Assistant, your main goal will be to help establish safe and trusting relationships with pupils and act as a role model, supporting their aspirations and overcome barriers.
