Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Thurrock
Duration: 5 days per week
Hours: Full time
Term: Term time only
Payment: PAYE, £85-100 per day
Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 15:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Work in group or 1:1 settings, utilising the school's diverse environments, including the mindfulness treehouse, sensory garden, and expansive outdoor spaces.
- Support students in their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student well-being.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
