Are you ready to make a real difference in young lives? Parker Smith Inclusion is on the lookout for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a vibrant and supportive team at a specialised SEMH school. This is your chance to contribute to the development of children in KS1 and KS2 while working in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

About the Role:

As an LSA, you’ll support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.

  • Classroom Support: Work in small class sizes of just 6 students, ensuring every child receives personalised attention.
  • 1:1 and Group Work: Deliver tailored support for individual students and facilitate small group sessions to build their confidence and skills.
  • Engaging Activities: Take an active role in dynamic school activities and enrich students’ experiences through fun and educational off-site trips.
  • Holistic Approach: Help students grow academically, emotionally, and socially, making a meaningful impact on their lives.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Daily Pay: £90 - £120 per day, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Professional Growth: Gain invaluable experience in a specialised setting, with opportunities to develop your skills and career.
  • Collaborative Environment: Be part of a forward-thinking trust with a big vision for the success of its students and schools.
  • Supportive Team: Work alongside experienced and dedicated professionals in an inclusive and nurturing workplace.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, patient, and proactive individual who is passionate about working with children.
  • Someone who thrives in small, focused settings and can adapt to the diverse needs of SEMH students.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential; a can-do attitude and commitment to making a difference matter most.
