Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEN, tailoring your approach to individual needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Implement behaviour management strategies for students with dysregulated behaviour.
- Foster emotional well-being and self-esteem for students with SEMH challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN is essential.
- A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting challenging behaviour.
- The ability to adapt to different school environments and year groups.
