Pay: £110 per day PAYE
Contract: Temporary for 12 weeks, with the opportunity to become permanent

Parker Smith Inclusion is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to support secondary-aged pupils with additional needs in a school in Thurrock.
You'll be working alongside teachers and other support staff, helping pupils get the most out of their school day. This could include supporting them with classroom activities, keeping them engaged with learning, following routines and building confidence and independence.
What we're looking for
Previous school experience isn't essential. Experience in education, care, support work or youth work would be useful, but we're also keen to hear from people looking to get into SEND education.
You'll need to be patient, reliable and calm under pressure. Being able to build positive relationships, think on your feet and adapt to different situations is just as important as having previous experience.
