Do you have a passion for supporting students with special educational needs? We are collaborating with several schools that are actively seeking skilled Learning Support Assistants to help students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and dysregulated behaviour thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis to meet their learning and emotional needs.
- Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to deliver effective, inclusive learning experiences.
- Supporting behaviour management plans for students with challenging behaviour.
- Promoting a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment.
Details of the Role:
- Monday to Friday, term-time only – a role that fits perfectly around family or personal commitments.
- Opportunities to work in primary or secondary schools, depending on your experience and skill set.
- PAYE pay rates of £85 - £115 per day, dependent on your expertise and experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with SEN students in a school or similar setting.
- A patient, understanding, and adaptable approach to individual needs.
- A strong commitment to improving the outcomes for children and young people.
