The Role

Deliver or lead Maths teaching across a range of pathways, from functional numeracy to higher-level maths

Drive curriculum development and creative problem-solving approaches tailored to neurodiverse learners

Work collaboratively with therapists, behaviour specialists, and teachers to support holistic student progress

Foster confidence, independence, and a love of learning in every pupil

About You

QTS or an QTLS

Strong Maths subject knowledge and a commitment to inclusive practice

Experience within SEND settings is advantageous but not essential

Leadership experience (for Lead applicants) or a desire to progress into leadership
