Are you passionate about supporting young people in their mental health journey? We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health and Welfare Practitioner to join our pastoral team. In this role, you will lead interventions for students experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Your efforts will directly impact students’ well-being, helping them thrive academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide early interventions, including cognitive-based therapies.
- Support individual and group sessions on mental health topics.
- Collaborate with SEND, welfare, attendance, and behavior teams.
- Lead home visits for students with attendance concerns.
- Play an active role in safeguarding and welfare initiatives.

Qualifications:
