Outreach Tutor - Kingston and Richmond
Location: Kingston Upon Thames & Richmond Upon Thames
Contract: Full-time, long-term, term-time only | 8:30am – 4:00pm
Pay: £110 – £130 per day (PAYE)
Parker Smith Inclusion is looking for passionate Outreach Tutors to support children and young people who are unable to access mainstream education. If you’re ready to transform lives and see the impact of your work every day, this is the role for you.
The Role:

Deliver 1:1 or small group tuition for learners with mental health, behavioural, or complex needs.

Work across home and community settings to tailor lessons and rebuild confidence.

Support students with SEMH, anxiety, trauma, Autism, or other SEND needs.

Mentor and inspire, helping learners re-engage with education.
What You’ll Do:

Plan and deliver personalised lessons in English, Maths, and Humanities.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with students and families.

Collaborate with schools, social workers, and educational psychologists.

Monitor progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in tutoring or teaching (all subjects considered)

Understanding of challenges faced by vulnerable or SEND learners

Empathetic, resilient, and solution-focused

Able to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
