🌙 Night Time Child Care Officer – Temp to Perm
Parker Smith Inclusion is proud to be working with a wonderful residential school who are looking for a caring and reliable Night Time Child Care Officer to join their team.
This isn’t “just a job” – it’s a chance to really make a difference to children’s lives. You’ll be part of a team who put the safety, happiness and wellbeing of every child at the heart of everything they do.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting children overnight, helping them to settle, feel safe and cared for.

Being there in the morning to get the day off to a positive start.

Acting as a role model and trusted adult, building strong relationships with the children in your care.

Working closely with other staff to make sure every child gets the right support.

Keeping the environment calm, safe and welcoming.
What we’re looking for

Someone with experience working with children or young people – this could be in a school, residential setting, youth work or similar.

A calm and compassionate person who can set fair boundaries but still show warmth and patience.

A real team player who wants to support both pupils and colleagues.

Someone with a genuine passion for making a difference.
