Nursery Teaching Assistant with requirement for After School Club Support
Mainstream Primary with Nursery Provision
£105 - £117 per day PAYE
Hackney, Shoreditch
8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
A mainstream primary in Hackney are seeking an experienced Nursery Teaching Assistant to support within their Nursery provision to start immediately.
You will be supporting young children that have SEND, this could look like non-verbal, learning disabilities, cognitive learning delays, speech and language needs and other SEN requirements to.
You'll be working as part of a team with support around you, this is based on a large Primary school with around 450 pupils, with a large playground area and grounds for the students to use during playtime and after school clubs.
I'm seeking experienced staff that have already been part of a nursery or early years team, have experience with interventions such as;
- Bucket Time
- Sensory Stories
- Zones of regulation
- Phonics
- Basic makaton
- Now & next boards and/or PECs
You will be required to support with intimate care such as changing nappies.
I am looking for candidates that can start immediately and work Monday - Friday and can also committ to after school club that ends at 5:30pm.
It would be preferred if you have a DBS on the Update Service to avoid delay in start date.
