Nurture Practitioner (PRU Setting)

September 2026 start 

Full Time 8am - 4pm 

Long Term Contract 

Are you experienced in supporting students that have ADHD and low engagement? 

Do you find learning outdoors exciting? 

A secondary PRU in Newham are seeking a nurture practitioner to support their most challenging students that are based in an outdoor learning environment due to their attention deficit and low engagement. You can expect to be doing a lot of activities, intervention and keep learning fun! 

These students have been excluded from mainstream education due to behaviour, SEND, learning and other needs they could be returning mainstream or staying in the PRU for the rest of their GCSE's. You need to be someone that they respect and can look up to and nurturing (the clue is in the name!) 

People that do well in these roles have experience within an SEMH or PRU setting but have the ability to build trust and rapport and can demonstrate very strong boundaries.
