We are working with specialist SEND schools across North & East London seeking passionate Nurture Teachers to join their teams this September.

These opportunities are ideal for educators whoare committed to supporting pupils with SEMH, autism, and additional needs within nurturing, therapeutic learning environments. The focus is on helping young people build confidence, feel safe, and re-engage with education through strong relationships and personalised support.

The schools take a holistic approach, combining education, emotional wellbeing, and therapeutic practice to ensure every pupil feels understood, valued, and able to succeed.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging and personalised learning
  • Support pupils with SEMH, ASC, and additional needs
  • Build positive, consistent relationships with students
  • Encourage emotional regulation and personal development
  • Create a calm, nurturing classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds QTS or has relevant teaching experience
  • Has a nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
  • Is passionate about SEND and inclusive education
  • Understands trauma-informed and relationship-based practice
  • Can bring creativity, positivity, and resilience to the role
  • Wants to make a genuine difference to young people’s lives
