Nurture Teacher – Transform Lives Through Education
Location: Hounslow, West London
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Salary: £150 – £250 per day (depending on experience and QTS status)
About the Role
Are you a compassionate and dedicated teacher who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs? We are seeking a Nurture Teacher to join a specialist provision in Hounslow. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of children who require a smaller, more focused learning environment.
You will be leading a nurture group, providing a safe and supportive space where children can build confidence, emotional resilience, and a love for learning. Many of the pupils you will work with may present with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition), and other additional learning needs.
This role is ideal for a teacher with strong behaviour management skills and a genuine commitment to inclusive education.
The Ideal Candidate

A qualified teacher (QTS or QTLS preferred, but unqualified teachers with strong experience will be considered)

Experience working with children with SEMH, ASC, or other SEN in mainstream or specialist settings

A nurturing and resilient personality with the ability to build trust and positive relationships

Strong behaviour management and de-escalation strategies

Passionate about creating an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment
