Make a Difference as a Nurture Teacher
Are you a passionate teacher who understands that behaviour is a form of communication and that every child deserves to feel safe, understood and supported?
Parker Smith Inclusion is working in partnership with a welcoming primary specialist school in Epping Forest that is seeking a Nurture Teacher to join their team.
The school supports pupils aged 4–11 with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and trauma-related challenges.
This is an opportunity for a nurturing, patient and adaptable teacher who can look beyond behaviour, build meaningful relationships and create a safe, structured environment where children can develop emotionally, socially and academically.
You will lead a small class, supported by two Teaching Assistants, delivering engaging, personalised learning that recognises each child's individual needs, strengths and potential.
The school is well resourced and offers a highly supportive working environment. The Headteacher places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, ensuring every member of the team feels valued, listened to and supported. It is a friendly, inclusive school with a strong sense of community and a shared commitment to helping every pupil thrive.
