Nurture Teacher – Richmond
Full-Time | September 2025 Start | Qualified or Unqualified Teachers Welcome | PAYE Only
£185 - £260 per day (PAYE)
Sometimes, it’s not just about teaching. It’s about rebuilding trust, helping children re-engage with learning, and offering the kind of consistency and care that might have been missing for too long.
This small, specialist provision in Richmond is growing. It focuses on supporting students who need more than a standard classroom can offer. You will be part of something genuinely meaningful here.
The School and Students
This is a nurturing setting for Key Stages 3 and 4 pupils who are working at a primary level due to missed learning, trauma, or underlying needs. Most students have a combination of Autism, ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. The behaviour can be complex at times, but it always comes from a place of unmet need. They value calm, creative, and compassionate teachers who see beyond the behaviour and work from a place of empathy and consistency.
